The Bereavement Trust is a helpline that offers support for those who have lost someone close to them. I directed a small team of creatives and developed a brand with strong values of optimism, compassion and approachability. The design is based on the theme of calming nature. The background image changes based on the time of day – morning, noon and night – to reinforce the brand’s adaptability to its audience.
The web content is available in Cantonese, Mandarin, Gujarati and Urdu. In this way, we are able to cater to cultural differences through specific tones of voice.
